When you think of thanksgiving you often think of turkey. Turkey is a fan favorite of thanksgiving that is on almost everyone’s table. But for the very first thanksgiving there was no turkey for everyone to enjoy. on the first thanksgiving they had to eat small birds, fish and crops such as corn and other crops, on the first thanksgiving they were thankful for all the food they had even if it was not the food of there choice. Thanksgiving is a holiday to be thankful for.
