Purple monster treats

Ingredients

• 10-12 marshmallow rice cereal treats

• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

• 5 tsp whole milk

• 3 tsp light corn syrup

• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/4 tsp natural red food coloring

• 1/2 tsp natural blue food coloring

• Naturally colored multi-color sprinkles

• White chocolate chips

• Milk chocolate chips

• Naturally colored multi-color sprinkles

Instructions

• Unwrap your marshmallow treat bars and place them on a sheet of parchment paper. Set aside.

• Sift the powdered sugar into a large bowl. Add the next 5 ingredients to the bowl and carefully whisk until well combined and you have a bright purple icing.

• Carefully spoon the icing on top of each marshmallow treat and spread into he desired design.

• Add sprinkles to the tops of each treat. Then add white chocolate chips for eyes.

• To add a dark center to each eye: melt the milk chocolate chips and using a toothpick, gently dip the toothpick into the melted chocolate and draw a circle int he center of each white chocolate chip.
