Fitbod is your go to app for workout and fitness planning. For ages 4 and up, you can get stronger, lose weight, gain muscle mass all with fitbod. With a personalized plan designed to push your limits, grasp and master new skills, and show you on a body map, what you have worked out. It promises balance, variation, and individualization.

With 12k ratings, Strides has received a 4.8 star rating. This is because it can help you track your progress with good and bad habits. Daily reminders, organized and over 150 tracking options. For only 4.99/mon or a lifetime subscription for 79.99.


SmartGym

An Apple Watch app rated #1 in over 30 countries. It features a smart trainer,over 130 pre-made workouts, shows your progress, and voice guided workouts. It helps keep you engaged by having you work to unlock awards. There is a free version.



Lifesum

Lifesum helps selfcare. Meaning it helps you reach your health and fitness goals. Giving you meal advice, workout plans and gentle reminders, lifesum is an easy way to get started and stay committed to a better you. There is a free version as well as a 3,6 and 12 month subscription. (Does not list price)



I think MyFitnessPal is the best, it has the most to offer for free, and I’ve used it so I’m in favor of it.
