Bearcats Survive Scare by Saints by Blake Buchanan

On Friday night a good St Paul Lutheran team almost gave the Bearcats a week 1 loss. In the first quarter St Paul scored 14 straight points without the Bearcats scoring at all. The score at half was 14-0 and St Paul was up. Coach gave the Bearcats a talk at half, and soon they went back out to the field. The Bearcats got the ball at half and Buchanan returned it for a touchdown which made the score 6-14. Soon after Zander had 2 interceptions, and everyone started rolling. Jaxon Miller scored twice, and so did Buchanan. Milo led the team in tackles with 10. The Saints almost gave the Bearcats a scare on Friday night but they ended up kicking it in gear and winning the game 26-20.
